Position Title: Table Game Dealer
Reports To: Table Game Manager
FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY: The Table Game Dealer is responsible for dealing all table games in accordance to all rules and regulations. The Table Game Dealer will maintain a high standard of guest service within the Table Games Department and actively promote positive customer and employee relations by ensuring that excellent customer service is continually provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
- Deals a variety of card games consistently and accurately.
- Maintains the security and integrity of assigned games at all times.
- Ensures appearance of table and gaming supplies are maintained in a clean and functional manner.
- Pays wins and collects losses from guests.
- Keeps accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
- Deals with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to learn and comprehend all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Ability to work variable hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
- Maintains consistent and punctual attendance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general educational degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of at least 1 year table games experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain gaming license.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, vendors, managers, and customers. Ability to write routine correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must maintain professional behavior and possess exceptional customer and employee service skills at all times. Basic keyboarding and office skills are preferred.

The employee will frequently interact with other staff members. Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
